You can assign tasks to as many people with access to SafetyToolbox Online as you like.
Open up the task you wish to assign and in the sidebar on the right hand side you will see a section for 'Assignees' (outlined in red below). Click the edit button (#1 in the screenshot below) to update it.
This will give you the option to choose who to assign the task to by searching in the box (#1 in the screenshot below). Start typing the name of the person you wish to assign the task to, then click on their name within the list (#2). Repeat if you wish to assign to more than one person. Once you have added all the names you require, click the save button (#3).
Email Notification of updates to Assigned Tasks
Where this feature has been enabled in your organisation (see our guide), each time the status of the task is changed (ie from 'not started' to 'in progress' or 'in progress' to 'complete'), any assigned users (other than the person making the change) will automatically receive an email advising them the task's status has been updated.
