🎥 Forgotten your Details? (eg Password)

If for any reason you can't remember your password, simply click on the 'Forgotten your details?' link on the login page (highlighted in red below).  If you are unsure what your email address is you will need to contact us directly to verify your account. 

Clicking on the link will bring up the following window:

Fill in the email address (#1) associated with your account and click the 'Submit Button' (#2).  If you have not yet confirmed your account, you will be sent a welcome email with details on how to set up your account. If this is the case, you should follow our instructions on 'Confirming your Account' from this point onwards.

Otherwise you will receive a forgotten password email (see below).   Note:  For security reasons, your forgotten password link will be valid for 24 hours.  If you do not use it within 24 hours you will need to request another link by following the same procedure.  

Follow the link (highlighted in red above) included in your email. This will take you to the Reset Password form (see below).

Enter your new password in both boxes (#1) and click the 'Submit' button (#2).  If you have entered the information correctly, you will be returned to the login page where you can login with your email address and new password. Otherwise you will be returned to the form and asked to re-enter your new password.
