Occasionally new users will say they have not received the Welcome Email. Firstly, ask them to check their junk/spam folders to see if the email is in there. If not, re-send the Welcome Email.
Open the user's account within Safety Toolbox by going to the Admin Area (#1 in screenshot below), selecting Users (#2).
Search for your user and open their account.
Simply click on the 'Resend Welcome Email' button (#3 in the screenshot below):
Please note that, once a user has verified their account, the 'Resend Welcome Email' button will no longer be available. In this instance, if a user is unable to access their user account, ask them to reset their password. We recommend you advise the user of the email address associated with their account.
