Step-by-step guidance on how to complete an Online Checklist
Some tasks can be completed using an online Checklist (e.g. risk assessments, routine inspections, building checklist etc.).
Start by opening the task you wish to complete from the list of tasks by clicking on the relevant row.
If a checklist is available for completion, there will be a Start/ Continue Questionnaire button (#1 in the screenshot below).
A window will open which provides some introductory information about the checklist and options on how to start your checklist. Depending on the checklist and whether you've completed it before, you will either be able to Start from Scratch (#1 in the screenshot below ) or Review previous Answers (#2 in the screenshot below). Simply click the Start button under whichever option you wish to use. You can cancel at any time by clicking the cross in the righthand corner (outlined in red below).
You can then work through the checklist being sure to answer all of the questions. See our guide - 'Completing a Questionnaire' for more information.
Once you've submitted your response to the checklist, your task will be automatically marked as complete.
You can also attach files to tasks completed with a checklist (e.g. layout plans or other supporting information). To do so, follow the instructions in our guide - 'Uploading/Attaching Files to Tasks'.
