Finding your Task List

There are several ways to locate an existing Task:

• Locate a Task via the Task List; or
• Locate a Task via a Building Profile.

Locate a Task via the Task List

To access your list of tasks, the quickest route is to click the 'Tasks' button on the main navigation bar at the top of your screen (see # 1 in the screenshot below):

This will bring up your task list for ALL the profiles you have been granted access. Alternatively, you can click on a segment of the 'Task Status' pie chart on your dashboard to quickly filter your list of tasks to a particular status. 

For example, if you click on the RED segment (as indicated in the screenshot above), your task list will be filtered to show tasks that are Overdue for completion. For more guidance on filtering your task list see our guide Filtering, Searching and Sorting Tasks.

Locate a Task via a Building Profile

If you prefer to view tasks for a specific profile (i.e. building, item of plant/ equipment, person, event etc.) then you first need to open the profile from within the Profiles dropdown on your main navigation bar (#2 in the screenshot below), and then select the relevant profile (#3 in the screenshot below).

Once you have opened the profile you wish to view tasks for, you can filter your tasks by status (Due, Not Due or Overdue) by clicking on the pie chart for the profile (see #4 in the screenshot below).

Or, alternatively, you can click on the 'Tasks' tab (#5 in the screenshot below) to view All tasks for the current profile.

To view the Task List for an associated building, select the 'Overview' Tab for the Church building (#6 above), then select the relevant 'Associated Building' on the right of the screen (#7).  You will need to return to the Church profile if you then wish to view one of the other Associated Buildings (eg Presbytery) since the list only appears on the Parent (Church) building's Overview Page.

Your Task List

Once you are viewing your Task List there are two ways to open your chosen Task:
Firstly, simply click on the Task Title, eg Electrical System Condition Report (5 year) (#8 in the screenshot above).  This takes you to the current submission that is waiting to be completed.  Alternatively, by clicking on the date in the 'Last Completed' column (#9) you will be taken to the last completed submission of the relevant Task.
