Links and Legislation operate in the same way within SafetyToolbox, and these will be referred to jointly as 'links'.
There may be times in which you would like to insert link external websites and legislation, within a Guide/Template/Questionnaire.
Before adding a link to your Guide/Template, you will need to create the link first, and this guide takes you through the process of managing your created links.
View Links
- To manage your links, first click on the Admin Area in the header bar (#1 in the screenshot below) then click on 'Links' (#2 in the screenshot below).
2. You can view either links or legislation, by clicking on the relevant option (#3 in the screenshot above).
3. You can search your links by typing in the search bar (#4 in the screenshot above).
4. You can toggle the view to see your Active links and Disabled links (#5 in the screenshot above).
5. You can export your list of links by clicking on the Export button (#6 in the screenshot above). Please note this will export the list based on the current view (whether its set to viewing 'Active links', or 'Disabled links').
6. You can also scroll the list of links (#7 in the screenshot above). Click on the title of the link to open it.
