- Firstly, go to Admin Area (#1 in the screenshot below) then click on 'Links' (#2 in the screenshot below).
2. Search for the link in the search bar (#3 in the screenshot above) and once you have located the link, click on its title to open it (#4 in the screenshot above).
3. Now that you have opened the title of the link, you will be taken to a page which provides further detail about the link you have created.
4. From within this page you have the options to:
- Check the link: We recommend you check the link works by clicking on the 'Open linked website in a new tab/window' button (#5 in the screenshot above). This will open a new tab / window following the link. It is useful to periodically check that websites you are linking to are still active.
- Edit the link: You can edit the link title and URL, by clicking on the blue pencil button (#6 in the screenshot above) and updating the title and/or URL as needed. See our full guide on Edit a link / legislation.
- Activate / Disable the link: The grey button with a check mark (#7 in the screenshot above) shows that the link is active. Click on this button to disable the link (#7 in the screenshot above). See our full guide on disabling links.
- Delete the link: You can delete the link by selecting the red trash can button (#8 in the screenshot above). See our full guide on deleting links.
- Current Resources and Questionnaires which display the link: Once you have added your link to any of your Resources Guides or Questionnaires, the names of the Guides/Questionnaires will appear in the relevant sections (#9 and #10 in the screenshot above).
