If you are unable to log in, please check the following:
- Do you have a SafetyToolbox account? If you do not have a SafetyToolbox account, you will not be able to log in. Please contact the System Administrator for your organisation.

If you do have a user account ...
- Have you verified your account? If your user account is new, you will need to verify your account and create a password before you can log in. SafetyToolbox will have sent you a Welcome Email which provides a link to verify your account and create a password. If you have not received a Welcome Email, please check your spam/junk folder - your computer may not have recognised our email address and diverted our email there. If your Welcome Email is not in your spam/junk folder, please contact your System Administrator and request that they resend your Welcome Email. Check that they have the correct email address. Once you have followed the instructions in your Welcome Email and created a password, you will be able to log in.
- Are you using the correct email address to log in? Your account will be linked to a specific email address. If you try to log in with a different email address, the system will not recognise you. If you are unsure which email address is associated with your account, contact your System Administrator.
If you have verified your account and are using the correct email address but are still unable to log in, it is likely that the password you are using is incorrect. You will need to re-set your password.
- Reset your password. Please follow our 'Forgotten your Details' guide in order to re-set your password.
