Once you have created your Mailing, it is simple to attach files by following the below steps.
Open the Mailings Manager - go to the Admin Area (#1 in screenshot), scroll down the left hand bar (#2) to Mailings (#3) under the Emails/ Notification Section as highlighted in the screenshot below:
Open your Mailing by clicking on the title. You will see an 'Attachments' section below the Mailing Heading. Click on the green plus button as highlighted in the screenshot below to open your File Manager:
Select the required file/s from your File Manager (#1 below) and remember to select 'open' or whatever the option is on your computer (#2).
You will now see that you have one attachment - see the number in the small box to the right of 'Attachments' (#1 in the screenshot below). Click on the word 'Attachments' or the number (#1) to open the attachments list.
If you wish to add more attachments, you can repeat the above or drag and drop additional items (#2).
To Delete an Attachment
If you wish to delete an attachment, simply click on the dustbin icon to the right of the attachment name (#3 in screenshot above).
